Nassimco is a family-led house dedicated to the rarest threads of Iranian saffron and the finest grades of Caspian caviar — sourced directly, finished with handcrafted mother-of-pearl service, and presented in the green-and-gold packaging that has become our signature.

Sourcing & provenance

Every saffron lot we sell comes from the fields of Khorasan, hand-sorted by thread length, colour intensity, and aroma. Every caviar tin is traceable to its sturgeon farm on the Caspian Sea. We work directly with the families behind every harvest, and every batch is lab-tested for crocin and safranal before it reaches our shelves.

Where we are

We serve customers from two locations — Um Hurair Second in Dubai and Hadbat Al Zafaranah in Abu Dhabi — with delivery across the UAE and the wider GCC. We also compose bespoke gift sets for hotels, embassies, weddings, and corporate occasions.
