2. Products & Pricing

We sell Persian saffron, caviar and related serving tools. Many items are priced on request and marked “Contact for Price.” All prices are in UAE Dirham (AED) and are subject to change without notice. Product images are for illustration; natural products may vary in colour and appearance.

3. Orders

Orders and enquiries are confirmed via WhatsApp or email. An order is only binding once we confirm availability and price in writing. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Perishable & Food Items

Saffron and caviar are perishable food products. For health and safety reasons, opened or unsealed food items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please inspect goods on delivery and report any issue within 24 hours.

5. Shipping

We deliver across the UAE and the GCC. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Caviar and chilled items are shipped under appropriate conditions; the customer is responsible for being available to receive perishable deliveries.
